small shop love pt. one : all time favorites
Hello friends! Coming at you with what I do best — talking about all the things that we love + use in our classroom. We’ve been homeschooling for two years now (the preschool / early years are so sweet) and have acquired a love for so many small shops. So, in addition to linking them in my Instagram posts and in several blog posts, I’ve decided to share some small shops that I adore! This is going to be a little series where I rave about small businesses, their owners + the products we love!
to start this series off with a bang, I want to share the shops that are my all time favorites. I keep saving up my money and going back to purchase all the things from these three shops because the quality is excellent, the products are beautiful and the owners have become friends. I love supporting them and their beautiful workmanship.
Happy Nature Place
is where we shop for wooden play dough stampers and we cannot get enough. This wonderful shop has easily become one of my Mose frequented shops. I’ve purchased wooden trays, stampers, and wooden little friends from them. Irena, the owner + crafter is so talented and her work is breath taking. She has become one of my favorite people on the gram, so naturally, I cannot stop raving about her and her craft.

Jack & Link Toys
a favorite shop for wooden trays and math counters / manipulatives. they were the first small shop I actually purchased from and I keep going back. their boards are excellent quality and the owners treat their customers like old friends. I honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about Nancy + Patrick and the products they make.

Little Forest Village
my go to shop for whimsical felted goodies (and they have wooden trays too!). the shop owner, Becky, became an instagram friend of mine and I got to witness her dream about opening this shop and when she finally did, boy did she soar — the woman is so talented! She makes the most beautiful felted mushrooms and animals. I get google-eyed every time her shop does a new product drop.

see you next time,
